AI RAP Terms of Service
Account, content, subscription, credit and payment rules for AI RAP photo-to-rap and character-effect videos.
Last updated: 2026-10-27
Version: 1.2 · Revised: October 27, 2026
These Terms cover your access to AI RAP at ai-rap.org. “We” means the operator of AI RAP, and “you” means the individual or organization using the service. Read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. Our contact address is support@ai-rap.org.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
Read and accept these Terms before creating an account, submitting a creation or buying a paid service. If you disagree, do not use the service. Account users must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract where they live. If acting for an organization, you must have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. Service and available features
AI RAP provides digital tools for turning photos and creative inputs into rap clips and character-effect videos, including authorized creations for friends, couples and birthday greetings. Available models, settings, durations, charges and features are those displayed before submission.
Real generation uses available Seedance models through Fal or SeeAPI, depending on the provider configured for the task. A configured backup may process the task if it switches after an eligible technical failure. Third-party models, queues and service capacity affect processing and availability. AI results may have visual, audio, identity-consistency or lip-sync imperfections. We do not guarantee a particular creative result or a fixed completion time.
Local drafts, historical previews and demo balances are separate from account-based tasks and credits. Concept media, preview effects and simulated progress do not establish that a real video has been generated from your photos. Unavailable or unpriced features are not offered for sale merely because they appear in a preview. Keep important originals and download results you wish to retain.
3. Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials and promptly report unauthorized use. Do not share or sell accounts, use another person's identity, or use multiple accounts to evade limits, charges or safeguards.
Use the available profile controls or email us to request help with your account or personal information. Stopping use, deleting a project, requesting account deletion and canceling a subscription are separate actions. To stop future renewals, follow section 9.
4. Inputs and processing permission
You retain your existing rights in photos, text, lyrics and other inputs. You must have permission to submit, process and use them, including rights relating to identifiable people, privacy, music, lyrics, trademarks and other third-party materials. For photos of minors, obtain any legally required permission from their parent or guardian.
You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to process inputs for your requested creation and necessary storage, delivery, support and security, including processing by service providers helping us perform those functions. This does not transfer ownership. The permission lasts only as needed for those purposes, the retention arrangements in our Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
These Terms do not give us blanket permission to train models using your inputs. If we intend to use inputs for that purpose, we will obtain your separate, explicit consent. Third-party processing is described in the Privacy Policy; these Terms do not establish that a provider follows exactly the same practices as AI RAP.
5. Outputs and your responsibilities
As between you and AI RAP, we do not claim ownership of outputs created from your inputs. You may use them for lawful personal or commercial purposes to the extent you have the necessary rights and comply with these Terms and applicable law.
AI outputs are not guaranteed to be exclusive, accurate or eligible for copyright protection. They do not automatically confer rights to third-party music, likenesses or other materials. Review outputs, obtain necessary permissions and make legally required AI disclosures before publishing or commercial use. Do not treat outputs as reliable records of real events or substitutes for professional advice.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to:
- Generate, upload or distribute unlawful or infringing material, pornography, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that exploits, sexualizes or harms minors.
- Create fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, hateful or harassing content, or graphic depictions of cruel injury.
- Use another person's likeness, voice or identity without permission, create deceptive impersonations, face swaps or deepfakes, or present synthetic media as genuine records to mislead or harm others.
- Upload malicious code, attack systems, or bypass authentication, credit charges, access controls or rate limits.
- Bulk-extract outputs, resell access without permission, or extract non-public models, source code or technology, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity.
- Use service inputs, outputs or model responses to train, distill or develop competing models, or help others perform prohibited activities.
These rules allow lawful, non-deceptive entertainment using authorized materials. We may reject processing, restrict access or remove suspected violations, without promising to review every input or output.
Reporting violations
Any user or affected person can report generated content or related behavior that may violate these rules by emailing support@ai-rap.org. You do not need to register or sign in to submit a report.
Please describe where the content appeared, why you believe it violates these rules, and any project or task reference available to you. Include only the evidence needed to review the report and an email address where we can reply. Do not send unrelated personal information; you are not required to download or forward unlawful material to make a report.
After receiving a report, we conduct an initial assessment, request further information if necessary, and review it manually. Where appropriate, we take measures under these Terms, such as removing content or restricting access, and communicate the outcome by email. Reports involving child safety, threats to personal safety or other serious risks receive priority review and action.
We provide an initial response to ordinary reports within 2 business days of receipt, and a processing outcome within 7 business days of receipt. If more time is needed, we explain the reason and expected completion time within that 7-business-day period.
We process report information only as needed to investigate, take action and meet legal obligations, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We limit disclosure of the reporter's identity and report details to what is necessary for those purposes.
7. Subscriptions, credit packs and payment authorization
Paid plans are available only when offered for purchase on the site. Prices, currency, billing period, credit allowance and applicable taxes must be displayed before purchase; the checkout shows the final payable total. Benefits are issued after server-side payment confirmation. A payment return page alone does not confirm payment, and buying credits does not mean a video has already been generated.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown at purchase until canceled. Confirming a subscription authorizes recurring charges of the displayed subscription fees to your selected payment method. Credit packs are separate, one-time purchases that you authorize individually; we do not offer automatic top-ups. Changes affecting future renewal prices or benefits will be communicated with reasonable advance notice and in accordance with applicable law.
Waffo Pancake and its payment institutions handle payments. We retain records needed to reconcile orders, benefits and refunds, but do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Provide accurate billing information and contact our support email about payment or billing issues.
8. Credit expiry and consumption
- Subscription credits: monthly credits are granted after each successful payment and expire at the end of that paid billing month without rollover. Annual credits are granted in full after successful payment and expire at the end of that billing year; no additional monthly grants are made.
- Purchased credit packs: packs in the current catalog do not expire after successful payment and are unaffected by subscription cancellation. Historical orders retain the validity agreed at purchase.
- Consumption order: credits with an expiry are used in earliest-expiry order before non-expiring credit packs.
- Purpose: credits measure access to service features; they are not currency and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Refunds of purchase payments are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.
The required credits are shown before each real generation. Eligible failed tasks have their credits restored according to the task records. Restoration may require processing or retries; consult the project and credit history for its status. Local demo balances cannot pay for real tasks.
9. Canceling a subscription
Request cancellation in Billing settings, or email support from your account email for help. Once cancellation is confirmed, future automatic renewals stop and the current paid period's benefits remain available until that period ends. Check the cancellation status and effective date in your billing records.
Cancellation does not automatically refund a payment or cancel separately purchased credit packs. Deleting projects or requesting account deletion is not a substitute for canceling a subscription. We do not promise an immediate cancellation confirmation email.
10. Task credit restoration and payment refunds
Your first paid subscription is eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of successful payment and the net consumption of credits associated with that payment does not exceed 10% of its issued allowance. Credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of successful payment if the corresponding credits are entirely unused. Successfully restored failed-task credits do not count toward net consumption; free credits and credits from other orders do not count toward that subscription payment's usage.
The ordinary subscription refund window does not apply to renewals. Duplicate charges, unauthorized payments, verified inability to deliver the purchased service and statutory refund rights are reviewed separately. An interruption caused by us lasting more than 72 hours may result in a refund or compensation for the affected paid portion. See the Refund Policy for conditions, application details and processing.
We respond to refund and billing requests within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days after approval. Bank posting time is additional. Receiving an application does not establish refund success. Corresponding credits and refunded benefits are adjusted only after the payment provider confirms the refund, based on the confirmed amount. Restoring credits returns service allowance, not money.
11. Suspension, termination and unused benefits
We may restrict or end access as reasonably necessary to address violations, fraud, payment disputes, security risks or legal requirements, giving reasons where reasonably possible. Urgent circumstances may require immediate action. You may stop using the service and request account deletion by email.
If we stop a paid service for reasons unrelated to your breach, we will refund the prepaid unused portion we cannot provide on a proportionate basis. Other unused benefits are handled under the terms applicable at purchase, the Refund Policy and mandatory law. Termination does not automatically remove refund rights you otherwise hold.
12. Platform intellectual property
AI RAP's software, interface, branding, documentation and platform technology belong to us or their licensors. These Terms permit access to the service as agreed and do not transfer ownership of the platform or third-party technology.
13. Disclaimers and limits of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete freedom from errors or a particular creative outcome. Third-party models, networks and events outside reasonable control may affect delivery; this section does not remove mandatory responsibilities or refund obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability relating to the service is limited to what you actually paid for it during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not cover fraud, intentional misconduct or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains account, media, task, email and payment information processing. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete accounts or projects. Deletion requests are handled separately from records that must be retained by law.
15. Law, disputes and language
We welcome an opportunity to resolve concerns through our support email, without restricting your right to seek help from a bank, payment provider or authority. The law applicable to your relationship with the operator of AI RAP governs these Terms. Unresolved disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. No provision limits non-waivable consumer rights.
The English and Chinese versions aim to have the same meaning; neither automatically takes precedence. Differences should be interpreted by reconciling both versions with mandatory law. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions.
16. Updates and contact
We publish updates here with a version date. Material changes will normally be announced on the site or by account email at least 15 days before taking effect. Legal or urgent security requirements may require earlier changes, with notice as applicable. Updates do not retroactively reduce existing orders' refund rights or mandatory protections.
